Product Snapshot: Jim Buddy’s Protein Donuts is launching in the US market and is relocating their headquarters from London, UK, to Park City, Utah. Jim Buddy’s is the first high protein, low-calorie doughnut baked to help people lead a happier, healthier, stronger, and more productive lifestyle. As part of this expansion, Mike Fulton, former Director of Sales at Quest Nutrition, has joined the team as Chief Sales Officer and will help scale US operations and distribution.
With the global healthy snack market expected to be worth $33B by 2025 (Grand View Research) and the global sports nutrition market, $24B (Grand View Research), Jim Buddy’s is poised for growth.

Fulton, a 25+ year sales leader in the health and wellness space, was the first Director of Sales at Quest Nutrition, and brought the company to multi-million sales figures in less than three years. He brings over a decade of early stage sales experience to Jim Buddy’s. “I’ve been in this industry for a long time and I didn’t think I was going to be pleasantly surprised by a product, but Jim Buddy’s product, quality, and mission got my attention,” said Mike Fulton. “Discovering new products—such as protein donuts—that are going to change the industry and helping build the brand and the sales infrastructure at an early company is an exciting opportunity.”
Jim Buddy’s relaunched in August 2019 with Muscle Foods, DNA Sports Nutrition, NYB, Sportlife distributing in the US and an exclusive partnership with Nutrition Excellence in Canada. Tropicana Wholesale, Muscle Finesse, Prolife Distribution and Protein Pick and Mix continue their distribution efforts abroad. Europa Sports Distributors is the newest wholesaler to pick up the Protein Donuts.
