The preparations for iba 2021 are underway and there are plenty of novelties: The next iba trade fair will take place over 5 days from October 24-28, 2021, in its usual venue at Fairground Munich.
The Foundation of the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FFPSA) has announced that it has made a donation in the amount of $5,000 to the non-profit organization, Bake for Life during meetings at the 2018 IBA Trade Fair in Munich, Germany.
The 24th iba has drawn to a close with a new world champion confectioner, Haoran Lyu (China), 76,800 trade visitors, and trade fair contracts worth 2.1 billion euros.
