Delkor Systems, a St. Paul, Minn., manufacturer of end-of-line packaging equipment, toasts 40 years of operation this month with an open house at a new facility. The company transformed 114,000 sq. ft. of an existing building in St. Paul into a manufacturing facility that combines all its existing operations.
