The attached brochure outlines some of the exciting changes to the expo this year along with
details, including such highlights as the Opening Super Session presentation by leadership speaker
Tom Flick, and the Closing Super Session featuring former NFL quarterback and humanitarian

I have also attached information about how to submit your publication for the AWMA Marketplace

AWMA invites you to display your publication in the 2014 AWMA Marketplace & Solutions Expo Publication
Kiosk, which will be located in the easily accessible Marketplace registration area in the Paris Las Vegas
Conference Center. Make your publication available to the distributor, retailer and broker attendees at the
AWMA Marketplace & Solutions Expo by reserving a space in the kiosk. The attached form MUST be
completed and returned to reserve a bin.
1.) Trade press covering the show should register in advance and may receive complimentary registration.
Online registration is now open on the AWMA Marketplace & Solutions Expo site. Please use this link to

2.) A reservation fee of $200 is required for each bin. Payment must be made at the time of reservation.
3.) To ensure space in the publication kiosk, fill out the attached form and return it with payment no later than
Friday, Feb. 7, 2014.
4.) We recommend that you send your shipment to the Advance/Warehouse address to arrive no earlier than
Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, and no later than Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, to avoid additional, after deadline
materials handling charges. If you must ship direct to the Paris Las Vegas Conference Center, schedule your
shipment to arrive no earlier than Monday, Feb. 24, 2014. Ship up to 500 copies of your publication to:

boldly mark the publication’s title on the sides (NOT THE TOP) of the carton for easy identification. AWMA
cannot be responsible for misplaced cartons that are not properly addressed. Shipping labels are provided for
your convenience to attach to the sides of your cartons. This will further ensure that your shipment arrives
when and where it should.
5.) Only ship the designated publication listed on your reservation form. No other publication may be sent with
this unless prior arrangements have been made.
