Leadership expert Tom Flick will present the opening keynote address at 2014 AWMA Marketplace & Solutions Expo, which will be held Feb. 25-27 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

President of Tom Flick Communications, Flick is nationally recognized for his ability to communicate clear business solutions with humor, wit and razor-sharp insight. He draws from his experience as a former NFL quarterback and his work in corporate America to provide actionable solutions that help people become peak performers personally and professionally. His client list includes Microsoft, Starbucks, Marriott, Hallmark Cards, Boeing, American Express, NASA, Ritz-Carlton Hotels and the U.S. Army Rangers.

Flick’s address will highlight the AWMA Distributors Education Foundation (DEF) Leadership Forum at 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 26, following a presentation of the AWMA Hall of Fame Award and a welcome address by Mark Davenport, division president, J.T. Davenport & Sons Inc., a division of Core-Mark International Inc. Davenport is the 2014 AWMA chairman of the board.
