The award's 80th anniversary celebration took place on Tuesday, May 19, in Las Vegas, during the Sweets & Snacks Expo.

The inductees will be honored October 22–24 in Orlando, FL. 

The organization is also recognizing Elaine Wu, co-founder and SVP of Amos Food Group, with its second-annual Impact Award.

Additionally, five candy industry individuals will continue serving on the board, and three will be leaving it.

Since 1971, the NCSA has inducted a new class of confectionery industry personnel who have made remarkable contributions to the category.

The National Confectionery Sales Association (NCSA) honored 11 industry leaders at its its 54^th Candy Hall of Fame induction ceremony. 

The 78^th Kettle Awards presentation will be Tuesday, May 13, in Indianapolis.

Since 1971, the Candy Hall of Fame has recognized lifetime career achievements in the confectionery industry.

Steve Casey, Melville Candy Co., and Stacey Rutherford, Burdette Beckmann Inc (BBI), bring their extensive experience to enhance the NCSA's leadership and will sit on the board for three-year terms.
