Arca Continental, the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America and parent company of Wise Snacks, Bokados and Inalecsa, has announced the acquisition of Deep River Snacks, a company of premium better-for-you snacks based in the state of Connecticut.

Deep River Snacks has announced a packaging optimization for its iconic and flavorful line of kettle cooked potato chips. In addition, the company will launch a decadent new Black Truffle Kettle Chip this July, its first to feature a consumer nominated charity.

Known for its unique flavor combinations, Deep River Snacks now has taken a common chip flavor—sour cream and onion—and updated it to create a flavorful addition to its line of premium, all-natural snacks.
