Stäubli is starting the new year with a new chief executive officer. Gerald Vogt, previously responsible for the global business of the Robotics Division, will take over as CEO from Rolf Strebel on January 1, 2021.

With demand on the rise, and hygiene a critical priority, Stäubli Robotics is expanding the possibilities for automation in food and other industries with high production requirements, strict hygiene requirements, and demanding humid environments.
Stäubli will present a variety of options for food processing and packaging solutions at the International Bakery Industry Show in Las Vegas, Sept. 8-11.
Stäubli's robotics division has been around since 1982, but their Novi, MI office—a quick 40-minute drive from BNP Media's headquarters in Troy, MI—opened more recently, in May 2018.
Stäubli will showcase a variety of industry-defining products, including its new TX2 line of collaborative robots, at the PACK EXPO trade show (booth #S5956) in Las Vegas September 25-27.
