Gourmet food brands under the 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. umbrella—including Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies, Wolferman’s Bakery, and Vital Choice seafood—have announced a collaboration with Fly By Jing, the maker of chef-crafted, Sichuan pantry staples. The collaboration brings new flavor combinations to market that blend Fly By Jing’s signature heat with offerings across savory, sweet, and seafood categories.
Each product pairing is crafted to enhance the culinary experience, the company says. These limited-edition offerings not only celebrate the rising popularity of spicy Asian flavors in the culinary world, but also reinforce the brands’ mutual dedication to real, premium ingredients.
"We’re excited to introduce our customers to the next level of gourmet," says Joseph Rowland, president, Gourmet Food and Gift Baskets, 1-800-Flowers.com. “Fly By Jing brings an irresistible edge to these well-loved products, and together, we’re pushing flavor boundaries in a way that’s fresh, fun, and relevant to today's consumer.”
