Caulipower rolls out single-serve pizzas
The brand is launching the gluten-free frozen baked goods initially at Hy-Vee stores.

Caulipower—a brand specializing in cauliflower-crust pizza, frozen snacks, and other gluten-free foods—is introducing two new product lines designed for solo consumption. The company’s newest offerings include High-Protein Single-Serve Pizzas and Single-Serve Bowls. According to the company, the products offer a decent protein content, real ingredients, and bold flavor in single-portioned, convenient formats.
The pizzas are available now at Hy-Vee, and the bowl meals can now be purchased at Sprouts Farmers Market stores. Broader distribution of both products will roll out in the coming months. According to Caulipower, the launches will appeal to modern consumers, such as parents looking for better-for-you convenience, and professionals and millennials seeking high-protein, satisfying foods with appealing taste.
The Single-Serve Pizzas come in Personal Cheese Pizza and Personal Margherita Pizza versions. Made with a new protein-forward cauliflower crust, each offers 21 g of protein and just 340 calories per pizza. Each is topped with mozzarella cheese, with Italian herbs and parmesan baked into the crust; the Margherita is finished with tomatoes and fresh basil. Both are gluten-free and reportedly contain no preservatives.
The Single-Serve Bowls come in two versions: Fajita Veggies and Chicken, and Cauliflower Rice Risotto and Grilled Chicken. Each is made with real chicken, contains one full cup of vegetables per serving, and contains up to 19 g of protein and 280 calories.
