Wixon welcomes senior flavorist to R&D team
Charlena Moy brings more than 20 years of flavor industry experience to the role.

Wixon has announced the addition of Charlena Moy to its R&D team as senior flavorist. The move aims to further strengthens the company’s innovation and product development capabilities. Moy brings more than 20 years of flavor industry experience to her role, in which she developed flavors for leading consumer packaged goods brands and other successful products across a variety of categories.
“We are excited to welcome Charlena to the Wixon team,” says Denise Baldeh, director of R&D. “Her proven track record of creating flavors that resonate in the marketplace, as well as her extensive industry knowledge, make her a valuable addition for our organization. She will play a key role in continuing to elevate our innovation efforts and delivering impactful solutions for our customers.”
A certified flavor chemist since 2011, Moy combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences, the company says. In her role at Wixon, Moy will focus on developing innovative flavor solutions that align with evolving customer needs while supporting the company’s commitment to quality, creativity, and collaboration.
Moy earned her undergraduate degree in 2004 from Smith College, Northampton, MA, and recently relocated back to her home state of Wisconsin.
