Bay State Milling, Quincy, Mass., expands its capabilities and capacity in Winona, Minn., with a new 2,500 hundredweight specialty mill that will process a wide range of cereal grains into unique flour and whole grain products focused on delivering flavor and natural health and wellness benefits through vitamins, minerals and fiber.

“Our new specialty mill will allow us to better serve existing customers with a broader variety of offerings, including grain types, granulations and identity preservation as well as attract new customers seeking flours and grain blends with superior flavor, appearance, texture, functionality and health benefits,” says Doug DeWitt, vice president of customer and business development.
