Product Snapshot: The latest in Franz Bakery’s filled donuts line is jelly-filled, chocolate-covered ones. Each baked treat contains 3 g. of protein and zero trans fat or high fructose corn syrup.
Ingredients: Donut: Enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, water, vegetable oil (soybean oil, palm and/or hydrogenated cottonseed oil), soy flour. Contains 2% or less of the following: leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, aluminum sulfate), non-fat milk solids, corn syrup solids, salt, dry egg yolk, dextrose, sodium caseinate, wheat starch, soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides with BHT and citric acid (mold inhibitors), guar gum, sodium propionate (mold inhibitor), propylene glycol mono and diesters of fatty acids, citric acid, corn oil, artificial flavor, beta carotene as color, corn starch, alpha tocopherols (mold inhibitor).
