Doug Hasselo, Hasselo & Associates LLC, Louisville, KY, has joined Crisp Sensation Holding S.A., Geneva, as manager of the company’s U.S. business. The foodservice management consultant’s prior positions in the U.S. convenience food sector include chief food innovation officer at Kentucky Fried Chicken, a Yum! Brands brand, and the McDonald’s Corp. While at McDonald’s, Hasselo held various positions, including senior director food innovation and development, director of international quality assurance and director of international purchasing.
