Charles Ross & Son Co., Hauppauge, NY, has promoted engineering manager Thomas DiGiannurio to vice president, engineering.

DiGiannurio joined Ross in 1977 and has been a major contributor to the company’s worldwide operations. With expertise in designing process equipment and custom engineered machinery, he has assisted Ross Metal Fabricators, Deer Park, NY; Ross Mixing, Port St. Lucie, FL; Ross Engineering and Ross Systems & Controls, both in Savannah, GA; Nantong Ross Mixing Equipment, Nantong, China; Ross Wuxi Equipment, Wuxi, China; and Ross Process Equipment, Pune, India, both in person and from the company’s corporate headquarters.

DiGiannurio holds degrees in mechanical engineering and manufacturing engineering, and has more than 45 years of experience in metal fabrication, finite element analysis, CAD/CAM design and solid modeling.
