Equipment Snapshot: GOE has introduced a spraying system capable of applying glazes, release agents, seasoning infused liquids and oils, egg wash and adherents for the addition of flavors, sheens and preservatives to buns, crackers, cookies, pastries and breads. The GOE spray system employs a new technology for eliminating lost production time and inconsistent application associated with damaged and clogged spray nozzles. The trim plate eliminates over spray providing a high degree of accuracy across the full width of dispense. The sprayed liquid that is not applied to product is recovered and reused, eliminating waste and increasing profits.
