Equipment Snapshot: Dynamic Conveyor Corporation will unveil metal mesh belting on its DynaClean conveyor line at PackExpo 2016 (November 6-9, 2016 in Chicago). Food processing customers, including but not exclusive to meat, seafood, fruit, vegetable, baking, snack, and confectionary, will be able to coat, drain, wash, dry or rapid cool their food products.

Belts can vary in materials used, wire diameter, spacing, design pattern and lateral widths. Metal belts are USDA accepted and manufactured in 302 stainless steel.   

Like plastic link style and solid surface belting options on DynaClean conveyors, metal belting is self- tracking and allows the conveyor to be cleaned in place. The option for metal belting greatly expands the capabilities of Dynamic Conveyor’s DynaClean line. Wire metal belting is transparent, metal detectable and allows for tight transfers which aids in the gentle transfer of small or delicate products. It allows customers to batter, bread, glaze, coat, cool, drain, dry or wash product while being conveyed.
