Retail Bakers of America brings rich resources to IBIE 2016

The statement, “A passion for baking since 1918” is more than just a tag line for the Retail Bakers of America (RBA). It’s a bold statement that we, as an organization, live by every day.

Founded in 1918, RBA is a not-for-profit trade association is committed to the success of the retail baking industry. We are a retail baker’s business partner providing education, certification and networking all across the country.

The RBA is a proud partner of the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), taking place October 8–11 in Las Vegas. It allows our organization the opportunity to be a part of the industry’s greatest event, and give our members the value of education and networking. There are so many amazing benefits to attending IBIE, including meeting face-to-face with your peers and learning from the experts in our industry. These are tangible resources and practices that any retail baker can implement in their business to create progress. That’s what it’s all about!

The RBA has worked hard with the full IBIE Education Task Force to provide a comprehensive educational program. Retail baker attending IBIE can learn professional techniques and proven strategies that will streamline their operations, improve their product quality and increase their profits. With four days of education featuring over 70 educations sessions, there truly is something for everyone. Whether you are looking to organize your bakery’s finances, improve your human resources or learn decorating tips, IBIE’s education is on point with what’s hot in the industry today.
