(Becoming Environmentally Sustainable Together) in Baking will highlight companies who have made a conscious effort to make improvements that helps create a bakery environment that’s safe for generations to come. This completely revamped program is highlighted by showcasing the supply chain, with winners in seven distinctive categories: Equipment, Ingredients, Packaging and Logistics, plus three bakery categories, those with high volume ($50 million or more in annual sales), those with low to medium volume (less than $50 million in sales) and also a retail bakery category.
