From large pistons and cylinders to easy swing-out, interchangeable spouts and accurate depositing, you'll be able to produce a more consistently baked product while reducing product waste.
These lines can be equipped with a targeted pan oiler that allows for the oil to be sprayed only into the pan cavity and not on the pan rim, which tends to lead to longer de-panning and longer clean times. Like the spouts on the depositors, the oil spray nozzles can be easily adjusted to handle many different pan sizes and shapes.
Equipped with a PLC, it has a large capacity memory for storing many different pan recipes that can quickly be called up for that desired production type.
