Product Snapshot: CAULIPOWER is now innovating the baking aisle by introducing the first-ever vegetable-based flour and baking mixes: CAULI-FLOUR by CAULIPOWER aka The Make Whatever You Want Mix Original and Paleo. Consumers can now create their favorite sweet or savory comfort foods as better-for-you versions with just one mix, cup-for-cup: brownies, muffins, pretzels, cookies, gluten-free-breading, and, of course, vegan or paleo pizza. CAULI-FLOUR by CAULIPOWER aka The Make Whatever You Want Mix Original will be available on and the Paleo option will be available for purchase in early April.

Available in two varieties, Original and Paleo, the new products boast real cauliflower as the first ingredient, are naturally gluten-free and an excellent source of Vitamin C. These convenient, shelf stable baking mixes also feature a resealable zipper to keep the product fresh and the kitchen clean. Both mixes have fewer calories, carbs, fat, and sodium, and are higher in fiber than other leading baking mixes.

The CAULI-FLOUR by CAULIPOWER Original Mix is gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, kosher, wheat-free and dairy-free. This is the first vegan offering for the brand, giving some fans what they have been asking for. The CAULI-FLOUR by CAULIPOWER Paleo Mix offers a solution for Paleo consumers with 12 Net Carbs, 1/3 less fat and calories than other leading Paleo mixes. It also offers a good source of fiber, Calcium and Magnesium while being gluten, wheat, dairy and grain-free.

CAULIPOWER will celebrate the new products and the brand's one-year anniversary with a CAULI-FLOUR birthday cake made with The Make Whatever You Want Mix and created by Kim Stewart, previously of Spago. CAULIPOWER will also have special guest chefs sampling innovative CAULIPOWER recipes and creations.

In 2017, CAULIPOWER launched the first nationally available line of ready-to-cook cauliflower-based foods with cauliflower-crust pizzas, disrupting the food industry. In less than a year growing from 30 to more than 8,000 stores in the U.S., CAULIPOWER's pizzas are available in four varieties: three-cheese, veggie, margherita and plain crust. All products are naturally gluten-free.
