Banner-Day announced the addition of several individuals to their team including the following:

Ed Baldwin as an Automation Controls Engineer responsible for Banner-Day electrical equipment and controls designs, including their UL Listed control panels.  In addition, Ed will act as the lead programmer for the company.

Ed received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University and is rejoining Banner-Day after spending several years pursuing other opportunities.  He is an active member of the American Society of Baking and the National Fire Protection Association and recently contributed significantly to the review and deliberation of changes in the NFPA 86 regulations.

Banner-Day announced the addition of Roger Goggans as the new Banner-Day TraceFree account manager.  Experienced with equipment sales which includes pumps (liquid & vacuum), heat exchangers, blowers and related accessories. He will bring strength to our team with his overall piping and industry experience.  Roger will be directly responsible for the sales and account management of our TraceFREE electric impedance pipe heating sales and projects.

Roger joined Banner-Day from Kerr Pump & Supply where he was responsible for a variety of piping related products sold to chemical, industrial, municipal, OEM, automotive and commercial accounts.  He has spent his career in sales dedicated to the sale of specialty piping, pumps, valves and related accessories.

Banner-Day also announced the addition of Bill Schneider as a new Banner-Day Bakery Account Manager.  Experienced with industrial machine equipment sales and project management, Bill is familiar with automation and engineered machine solutions. These previous experiences will be highly beneficial working with the Banner-Day’s customer base.  Bill will have responsibility for the sales and account management of our SmartBake oven control and modernization system sales and projects.

Bill joined Banner-Day from Monark Equipment Technology where he was responsible for their automation, engineered solutions and project management sold to OEM, automotive and commercial accounts.  He has spent his career in sales and sales management dedicated to the sale of complex machinery and highly automated equipment.
