Product Snapshot: Sugar Bowl Bakery, a family owned bakery based in Hayward, CA, has launched its new Button Cakes at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association Show. These new miniature cakes come in four flavors including: Tropical Mango, Wild Blueberry, Lemon Zest and Madagascar Vanilla.

Sugar Bowl Bakery’s Button Cakes contain real fruit and vanilla bean seeds, and contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. The Button Cakes will be available in 8 and 16 count packages and will be sold in retail stores throughout the United States.
