Product Snapshot: Sugar Bowl Bakery, a family owned bakery based in Hayward, CA, has launched its new Button Cakes at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association Show. These new miniature cakes come in four flavors including: Tropical Mango, Wild Blueberry, Lemon Zest and Madagascar Vanilla.

Sugar Bowl Bakery’s Button Cakes contain real fruit and vanilla bean seeds, and contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. The Button Cakes will be available in 8 and 16 count packages and will be sold in retail stores throughout the United States.

“Like many other Sugar Bowl pastries, our goal with the Button Cakes was to create a treat that would be both fun and exciting for kids and the whole family,” said Andrew Ly, CEO of Sugar Bowl Bakery. “Even the name ‘Button Cakes’ is playful and designed for children.
