Equipment Snapshot: Properly cleaning and sanitizing large stationary systems can often be a challenge. Hinds-Bock has created an easy roll on and off industrial carrier frame that works great for streusel and batter depositors.
Simply disengage the locking levers on your depositing system and roll onto the industrial easy glide stainless steel rails of the carrier frame. Mechanical interlocks ensure the carrier frame is fixed to the stationary frame during equipment transfer.
Next, roll the carrier frame and depositing system into your cleaning bay, sanitize then roll back to the stationary frame. Release the locking levers, roll back onto system frame, lock the levers and begin production.
