As part of its continued efforts to go green, Mars will unveil a new solar garden for its Ethel M Chocolate factory in Henderson, Nev., tomorrow. At a press conference and ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for Thursday morning, Mars Chocolate North American and Ethel M will unwrap a new solar garden that generates enough energy to power the Henderson factory during peak hours.
Mars Saudi Arabia is making a big investment in Saudi Arabia — at least $60 million, to be exact. Mars is breaking ground on a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia, with an initial investment and with an additional $150 million planned over the next 10 years.
