Experienced equipment executive Zachary Peloquin to lead the region's sales efforts for the food and beverage company.

The new hire previously served as senior account manager at Vibrant Ingredients, where he focused on strengthening customer partnerships and driving revenue growth. 

Most recently, the new hire served as CEO of Shearer's Foods, a private‑label and contract manufacturer of salty snacks, cookies, and crackers in North America.

The 2026 iteration honors people who bring creativity, strategy, and collaboration to the candy aisle, the association says.

Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated strong strategic insight, operational excellence, and a collaborative leadership style, the org says.

The hire will combine deep food industry expertise with a proven ability to create shareholder value, the company says.

Stamp joins the company from a manufacturer of material handling components, where he served as director of sales and business development.

The hire brings more than 20 years of industry and leadership experience to the company and a primary concentration in end-of-line automation.

The new hire joins from Griffith Foods, where she served as VP of manufacturing and supply chain, North America, leading more than 1,400 employees across five facilities in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
