BluePrint Automation appoints VP of sales and marketing
Andy Stamp will lead and manage the company's North American team.

BluePrint Automation, a seller in the secondary packaging automation industry, announced the appointment of Andy Stamp as VP of sales and marketing, effective January 8. Stamp will lead and manage the North American sales and marketing team to aim to achieve company sales and marketing objectives.
Stamp joins BPA from a manufacturer of material handling components, where he served as director of sales and business development and led an outside sales organization built around solution selling and long-term customer partnerships. In that role, he focused on listening to customers, tailoring offerings to their specific operational needs, and building tools and processes that made it easier for customers to get answers, support, and value from every interaction, BluePrint Automation says.
Previously, Stamp held an executive leadership role at a packaging machinery group, where he led sales, project management, engineering, and product development teams. He also served in senior leadership at a global processing and packaging equipment supplier, guiding a large multidisciplinary team to improve project execution, responsiveness, and lifecycle support in ways that closely mirror BPA’s culture of taking care of both customers and employees, it says.
"We are thrilled to welcome Andy Stamp to BluePrint Automation as our new VP of sales and marketing," says Andre Boom, president, BPA. "His extensive experience in the industry and his strategic approach to supporting customers will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals and further establish BPA as a leader in the market."
Stamp holds both an MBA in Business Administration and a B.S. in Business Management from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of AICC and PMMI and has participated in PMMI’s Executive Leadership Development Program.
Stamps says about his new appointment, “I’m truly excited and honored to join the BPA team. BPA has built its success by doing right by customers—listening, innovating, and staying flexible—and I look forward to carrying that forward and helping our customers win every day.”
