Lallemand Bio-Ingredients, provider of microbial solutions for the food and beverage industry, has announced the acquisition of Solyve, a subsidiary of the InVivo group.
Solyve produces classical enzymes through solid-state fermentation at its modern facility in Normandy, France. Founded in 1989 as Lyven S.A., the company has developed a range of high-performance enzymes primarily for plant-based foods.
