Paxiom Group's EndFlex brand has introduced its latest innovation in tray forming automation: the PopLok XL-TSF, an automatic display tray former engineered for large-format applications.
Designed to form club store-ready retail display trays, the PopLok XL-TSF features a heavy-duty welded steel frame, a powered elevator for feeding oversized tray blanks, and an integrated top sheet feeder, allowing users to apply a protective or decorative top sheet as trays are formed. Utilizing EndFlex’s fold-and-tuck forming assembly, the system can pick and form one blank at a time into trays ready for palletization or direct display.
“The PopLok XL-TSF was developed to meet the needs of brands and co-packers who need high-speed forming of large-format trays without sacrificing presentation or strength,” says Anthony Del Viscio, senior enterprise sales manager. “It’s automation built to scale with your product and your market.”
Like all EndFlex secondary and end-of-line packaging systems, the PopLok XL-TSF is built in Miami and backed by support, lead times, and scalable solutions from the company, it says.
