New Primal has introduced Beef & Honey Mini Sticks, the newest addition to its Snack Mates lineup. Designed for kids’ palates and timed for back-to-school season, the new mini beef sticks offer a slightly sweet twist on the classic meat snack.
“Snack Mates Mini Beef Sticks fill that gap with the clean ingredients we're known for and a kid-friendly flavor that's already winning on taste,” says Jason Burke, founder and CEO of New Primal.
Made with 100% grass-fed beef raised without added hormones or antibiotics, the sticks contain just a touch of honey for a mild, savory-sweet flavor. Each stick delivers 4 g of protein and 1 g of total sugar. The product is free from soy and gluten, Paleo-friendly, and top 8 allergen friendly.
Beef remains the top-performing protein in the kids’ meat snack category, accounting for over half of all sales. More than 70% of natural food shoppers say they seek a mini beef stick with a hint of sweetness. In blind taste tests, Snack Mates Mini Beef Sticks were preferred by 84% of participants over other natural competitors.
“We're not here to flip the lunchbox upside down—just to offer a better choice to toss in,” says Burke. “It's about easy wins for families. A pack of fruit snacks and a clean-label beef stick? That's a solid upgrade.”
Snack Mates Mini Beef Sticks are available in 5- and 15-count packs starting at $5.99. They are sold via the New Primal website, Thrive Market, and Amazon, with select Safeway/Albertsons locations carrying the product this fall.
