AMF names new VP of global marketing
Diana Boxey will lead brand strategy and commercial alignment.

AMF Bakery Systems has promoted Diana Boxey to vice president of global marketing. The appointment recognizes Boxey’s 13-year tenure and her role in guiding the company’s brand through a period of significant growth.
Since joining AMF in 2012, Boxey has helped evolve the company from a single-brand entity into a portfolio of nine globally recognized brands. Today, AMF operates seven manufacturing facilities across three continents and employs more than 800 people.
In her new role, Boxey will oversee global brand strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, and commercial alignment across product lines and regions. She will collaborate with product management, sales, engineering, and executive leadership to support AMF’s long-term vision and customer-focused innovation roadmap.
“Diana has been a catalyst in shaping our global brand through several acquisitions and entry into new markets as well as elevating how we show up for bakers around the world,” says Ken Newsome, executive chairman and CEO of AMF Bakery Systems. “This role is critical to our strategic growth path, and Diana's leadership, creativity, and business acumen will be essential as we continue expanding our capabilities and global reach.”
