BEMA announces Seb Terry as convention keynote speaker
The author and TV star will take the stage on June 27.

Bakery Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds (BEMA) announced that Seb Terry, internationally recognized keynote speaker and a reported expert on personal transformation, peak performance, and creating environments for success, will deliver a keynote address at BEMA’s Convention 2026. Terry will take the stage on Saturday, June 27.
Based in Venice, CA, Terry is an Australian-born speaker reportedly known for his engaging storytelling, humor, and interactive style. His work focuses on helping individuals and organizations unlock potential, embrace change, and align passion with purpose to drive meaningful results.
Terry's perspective is shaped by a life-changing moment in his mid-twenties that inspired him to pursue a series of ambitious goals aimed at creating greater happiness and purpose, he says. That journey evolved into a best-selling book, a reality television series, and a globally delivered keynote that has reached audiences on all seven continents.
“Seb’s message will resonate strongly with the BEMA community because it speaks directly to the people behind our businesses. Our industry is built on collaboration, resilience, and continuous improvement, and Seb brings a powerful perspective on how individuals and teams can perform at a higher level while staying grounded in purpose and culture. His ability to connect personal transformation with real-world leadership makes him an excellent fit for our audience," states Jay Hardy, BEMA chairman.
Today, Terry brings a refined framework and methodology to his presentations, equipping leaders and teams with practical tools to build resilience, strengthen culture, and create environments where people and performance thrive. He has worked with Fortune 500 organizations including Google, Berkshire Hathaway, Bank of America, and McKesson.
Terry’s keynote will be a featured highlight of BEMA Convention 2026, the org says. Convention is BEMA’s premier annual event for baking industry leaders, suppliers, and partners. The conference brings together education, networking, and industry insights which aims to help organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and drive future success.
