Strictly From Scratch debuts lineup of pastries
The Phoenix-based wholesale bakery is building upon its 30-plus-year legacy.

Strictly From Scratch, the Phoenix-based commercial bakery with a national wholesale reach, has announced a fresh lineup of sweet pastry items launching in 2026. With a multitude of flavors and varieties, these new pastry options are suitable for breakfast, dessert, and an array of special occasions, the brand says.
“Part of the longevity and the fun of our business is trying out new products and evolving with the desires of our clients,” says Thomas DePaola, SVP of Strictly From Scratch. “We love working with new, trending ingredients and elevating classic flavors. We are thrilled to introduce these wholesale products that we hope will find a home in kitchens all over the country.”
The new products include:
- Croissant Danish Muffins — This all-new product can be created with almost any combination of fruit and cheese, such as Blueberry Cheese, Strawberry Cheese, Lemon Cheese, Cherry Cheese, Raspberry Cheese and more.
- Ube Cream Cheese Danish and Ube Cream Cheesecake Muffin — Featuring flavors of the popular Southeast Asian yam, imparting a sweet and nutty flavor with notes of vanilla that aim to balance the cream cheese in both items.
- Carrot Cake Cinnamon Roll, which combines two classic sweets for a new breakfast or dessert indulgence.
- Irish Cream Volcano Brownie — Made with Baileys Irish Cream, this brownie is rich, velvety, and decadent, the brand says.
- Lemon Raspberry Pastry Roll —This fresh and vibrant sweet pastry is suitable for brunch, afternoon tea, or dessert.
- Strawberry Lemon Muffin — A taste of the season, these muffins are loaded with refreshing flavors for any occasion, the brand notes.
