Fancypants adds snack packs, Coconut Chocolate Chip

The crispy cookie company’s new smaller packs are designed for grab-and-go retail.

Fancypants Baking Co.—a women-owned, premium cookie company that makes bite-sized, crispy cookies and incorporates sustainable baking practices—is expanding its product lineup with the launch of new Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies and a new line of Mini Snack Packs designed for grab-and-go retail.

According to the company, the launches build on the brand’s growing national retail footprint, which now includes retailers such as Sprouts Farmers Market and The Fresh Market.

Recently launched at Central Market, Coconut Chocolate Chip combines toasted coconut with rich dark chocolate in Fancypants’ crispy cookie format. The flavor reportedly was developed to offer retailers a more indulgent, trend-forward addition to the brand’s assortment while still aligning with consumer demand for premium ingredients and distinctive flavors.

Salted Caramel
Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip

The company’s new Mini Snack Packs recently launched in Google café locations, supporting continued expansion in grab-and-go channels. The 1-oz format was developed to meet growing demand for portable snacking and impulse purchases across coffee shops, college campuses, hotels, specialty retail, and corporate foodservice environments.

In addition to being women-owned, Fancypants Baking Co. manufactures its products in a zero-waste facility and incorporates upcycled ingredients into its baking operations. The company’s products are Non-GMO Project Verified, and its Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip variety is Certified Gluten-Free.
