St Pierre Bakery debuts Spicy Brioche Burger Buns
The baked good features a chili-infused dough and a breadcrumb topping.

St Pierre Bakery has announced the launch of its latest product innovation: the St Pierre Spicy Brioche Burger Buns. Available now at select retailers nationwide, this limited-edition offering is designed to meet the growing consumer appetite for swicy (sweet and spicy flavors), blending the brand’s signature French sophistication with a bold, contemporary kick, the brand says.
The Spicy Brioche Burger Bun features a chili-infused brioche dough that reportedly delivers a nuanced heat, balanced by the subtle sweetness of authentic brioche. The experience is heightened by a savory breadcrumb topping of dried onion, garlic, and smoked paprika, offering a textural contrast.
The launch comes as consumer demand for spicy flavors continues to soar, particularly in the premium burger category. By pairing authentic, buttery brioche with a refined spice blend, St Pierre aims to provide home cooks with an easy way to elevate their cook-outs.
"St Pierre is built on the idea that every meal should be an occasion, and our new Spicy Brioche Burger Buns are designed to be a staple of the summer entertaining table," says Kayleigh Swift, U.S. brand manager at St Pierre. "By blending our authentic French brioche with a nuanced, chili-infused heat, we’re giving home cooks and grilling enthusiasts the opportunity to master the ‘swicy’ trend effortlessly. This launch provides hosts with a gourmet foundation to reinvent the classic American cookout, ensuring a premium experience in every bite."
The rollout of St Pierre Spicy Brioche Burger Buns includes the bakery departments of several major retail partners such as Albertsons, Big Y, Fareway, Hy-Vee, Kroger, McCaffrey’s, Redner’s, Safeway Denver, and Uncle Giuseppe’s.
