Salt of the Earth Bakery, Dove Chocolate debut collab
The premium brownie collection is expected to launch before the end of summer.
Salt of the Earth Bakery, the Brooklyn-based gourmet bakery reportedly known for its small-batch, premium indulgent desserts, has announced its first-ever brand collaboration: a new brownie collection made with Dove Chocolate. The collaboration is expected to hit shelves before the end of this summer.
The partnership brings together Dove Chocolate’s signature chocolate with the company's handcrafted bakery expertise to create two elevated brownie experiences designed for modern indulgence, the brand says.
The launch collection includes:
- Dove & Behold: A rich, fudgy dark chocolate brownie made with premium Dove chocolate and cocoa powder, finished with Maldon Sea Salt for a deep, timeless chocolate experience.
- Brooklyn Blondie: A soft, buttery blondie-style brownie made with brown sugar and premium Dove dark chocolate, offering sweet and creamy chocolate notes topped with Maldon Sea Salt.
“This collaboration means a tremendous amount to us,” says Carmen Murphy, director of sales at Salt of the Earth Bakery. “As a small family-owned bakery, partnering with a household name like Dove Chocolate is incredibly exciting. We wanted to create products that still felt true to who we are rich, nostalgic, handcrafted desserts made with premium ingredients and a lot of heart.”
Founded in Brooklyn, Salt of the Earth Bakery has built a loyal following through its commitment to preservative-free baked goods, premium ingredients, and authentic small-batch craftsmanship, it says. The company has become known for combining elevated flavor profiles with approachable comfort desserts that resonate across both specialty and mainstream retail, it adds.
According to the company, the Dove collaboration represents a major milestone for the bakery as it continues expanding nationally through retail, foodservice, and specialty channels.
