Hot off Mondelēz International's Oreo's viral collaboration with global icons BTS, the brand is heralding the limited-time return of a consumer favorite, it says: Cinnamon Bun Cookies.

As one of the brand's top ten most highly requested flavors, Limited-Edition Oreo Cinnamon Bun Cookies are officially making their comeback for the first time in a decade. Featuring cinnamon cookies filled with cinnamon bun-flavored creme, the sweet treat aims to deliver the taste of a freshly baked cinnamon bun in Oreo cookie form.

"The Oreo brand is committed to listening to our fans and evolving alongside their tastes," shares Rohit Sakhamuri, senior brand manager, Oreo Innovation. "With summer here and 'taste and enjoyment' consistently leading social conversations around snacking, we knew it was a great time to bring back one of our top ten most-requested flavors: Oreo Cinnamon Bun. By delivering the high-quality flavor of a freshly baked cinnamon bun, we’re making sure our fans can enjoy an Oreo cookie—whether it’s a playful mid-afternoon treat or slow summer morning that calls for the flavor of a delicious pastry."

Oreo Cinnamon Bun Cookies will be on shelves at retailers nationwide starting July 6 for a limited time, while supplies last.
