Product Snapshot:Van’s Natural Foods expanded its better-for-you frozen breakfast line to include artisan muffin crowns. Each muffin offers 6 g. of fiber, 3 g. of protein and 120 calories or less per serving. They come in Triple Chocolate, which are made with 7 g. of whole grains and prepared with rich chocolate, and Wild Blueberry, which features 8 g. of whole grains and is made with real blueberries, whole grain oats and applesauce, seasoned with allspice, ginger and nutmeg.
