BEMA is adding to its educational platform for its annual meeting in June to include an ingredients panel. The program also includes speakers from many sectors of the baking industry:

The meeting will be held in Puerto Rico at the El Conquistador resort, June 21-26. A blend of business, family and fun, BEMA’s annual event brings together bakers, equipment suppliers and ingredient suppliers. Family-friendly activities such as a pirate themed party, and tours are designed to help industry leaders connect in a relaxed setting.
