Labriola Baking names Ken Cotich CEO
Ken Cotich will join Labriola Baking Co., Alsip, IL, as CEO on Feb. 9. Labriola president Rob Burch left the company to pursue another opportunity in the baking industry.
Most recently, Cotch was vice president, operations and supply chain–Americas at Barry Callebaut USA LLC, the Chicago-based U.S. division of the Swiss chocolate-processing company, Barry Callebaut. Prior to that position, he was vice president, corporate accounts, at Barry Callebaut.
Cotich began his career in manufacturing at several Frito-Lay locations; served as plant manager and corporate contract manufacturing manager at Interbake Foods Inc., Richmond, VA, and as vice president of operations for D.F. Stauffer Biscuit Co. in Pennsylvania. He also was chief operating officer and managing partner of Bakery Resources Group LLC, a private-equity-owned baking company in Baltimore.
