Product Snapshot: Emplex Non GMO, the newest addition to Corbion Caravan’s emulsifier portfolio, was developed to deliver all the existing functionality of an emulsifier, while remaining suitable for use in a variety of non-GMO formulations, including yeast-leavened bakery products, pancakes, pastas and dehydrated potatoes. According to the company, in baked goods, Emplex Non GMO improves dough tolerance and bread characteristics, such as loaf volume and crumb softness.
