Anritsu Industrial Solutions USA, Elk Grove Village, IL, has changed its name to ANRITSU INFIVIS INC. The new name stems from the combination of the words “infinite” (INFI) and “vision” (VIS), according to the company, and reflects the evolving needs and attributes of the industries it serves.

“Not unlike taking a multipoint approach to inspection and detection, we recently conducted a thorough evaluation of our organization and its goals and strategies for the future,” says president and CEO Erik Brainard. “One result of that introspective process is the new name, ANRITSU INFIVIS INC. As we continue to expand to provide safer food through advanced inspection technology, we feel that we have moved beyond terms like ‘Industrial Solutions.’ Today, we’re focused on infinite, boundary-less thinking and are guided by a vision for new ideas across industries and borders that ultimately will lead to enhanced consumer safety.”
