Bell Flavors & Fragrances secured its newest international subsidiary with the acquisition of Sillage Aromatique, which is the fragrance division of Nardev Chemie Pte, Ltd, in Singapore this month. Sillage Aromatique services customers in Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Australia in the personal care, fine fragrances, household, and industrial industries.

Under the new name, Bell Flavors & Fragrances Singapore Pte, Ltd, they will continue to operate in the Singapore facility while retaining all the Sillage Aromatique Fragrance employees. Mr. Hong Oan Khoe has agreed to continue as Managing Director.

In addition to this fragrance acquisition, Bell will incorporate flavor creation, applications & manufacturing in the Singapore operation within the next few years to service the Asia pacific market.
