The Modern Bakery show took place in Moscow from March 13-16. It is the leading trade fair for confectionery as well as artisan bakery in Russia and in the CIS member states. DEBAG has been sponsoring the Modern Bakery show for the past few years, and this year, DEBAG represented itself for the second time as the “Golden Sponsor” of the Modern Bakery. DEBAG, one of Germany´s leading manufacturers of oven, refrigeration as well as proofing technology, will further increase its presence and commitment on the Russian market. DEBAG again exhibited at more than 130 m² its wide and impressive range of production ovens and shop baking ovens as well as refrigeration and proofing technology. 

In November 2013, ADR (Ascobloc DEBAG Rus) was founded by DEBAG as a subsidiary in Moscow. The representative office organizes and operates the sales and service structure of DEBAG products for the whole of Russia.
