DEBAG Deutsche Backofenbau GmbH took along its latest products to this year’s Südback (23rd - 26th September 2017) in Stuttgart, Germany’s largest trade fair for bakers and confectioners.
During the week of September 23-26, Stuttgart will be hosting südback 2017. At Germany’s leading fair for the bakery and confectionery trades, DEBAG will be presenting its Baking 4.0 range of innovative baking technology.
The Modern Bakery show took place in Moscow from March 13-16. It is the leading trade fair for confectionery as well as artisan bakery in Russia and in the CIS member states.
It was precisely with the needs of the retail food trade in mind that DEBAG developed its new DECON in-store baking oven, incorporating more than 100 years of experience in the optimization of baking processes and oven design.
The südback trophy from DBZ magazine goes to Saxony this year: DEBAG Deutsche Backofenbau GmbH won over the professional jury with the new version of the DECON oven with combi steamer function.
