Wherefour, Inc., is increasing staffing to accommodate growth in its food and beverage traceability and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, the company announced.
Bridget Conley has been promoted to account manager with increased responsibility for sales and account management, and Hannah Odom has been hired to provide new customer onboarding along with customer training and software support, said Matt Brown, Wherefour founder and CEO.
Conley has been with Wherefour since June, providing sales and customer support service, including the company’s Quick Launch program for new customers. Previously she was an associate account manager and marketing advisor for Casnet in Akron, Ohio, an online document management system, and is certified in inbound marketing by HubSpot. Conley has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Akron. Odom gained experience in customer service as a supervisor at Alorica-Samsung Electronics of America call center in Simpsonville, S.C., and is an associate degree candidate in computer technology from Greenville Technical College, Greenville, S.C.
“With more customers on board, we needed more help with live onboarding and customer support,” Brown said. “Since our launch last year, our customer base has grown steadily, so adding more help in customer support allows Bridget Conley to devote more time assisting those who are interested in Wherefour’s capabilities,” Brown said.
