ColinKurtis Advertising, a leading food industry agency specializing in strategic branding and communication solutions, recently added several members to its account service team. Courtney Sikorski has joined the team as account director and Ashley Carrasquillo has joined as account manager.

It was vital that we find additional experienced account management individuals who possess proven account leadership and project management skillsets. This ensures that as we continue to grow as an agency, all our work will continue to exceed client expectations and deliver effective results. Courtney has done a fantastic job jumping in with our busy team to manage several important client projects that have delivered beyond expectation. She will provide support on several key food ingredient accounts, including the ADM business units. Ashley’s role is also a vital support function as she liaisons between clients, account management and our internal teams, ensuring all communication is shared, projects stay on track and deliverables generate results to ensure client success.”

As one of ColinKurtis’ account directors, Sikorski is responsible for fostering and leading long-term client relationships. She is a key point of contact between client and account team, providing feedback and counsel on all projects, ensuring objectives have been fulfilled to ensure successful campaigns. She has built her career in marketing over the last twelve years, working on both the agency side with companies such as Stephan & Brady and on the client side at ITW, Kimberly-Clark and Lands’ End. Sikorski holds a Bachelor of Science in both Business Administration and Communication from University of Wisconsin, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and has completed the Exceptional Leadership Program at St. Norbert College.

As an account manager, Carrasquillo will help account directors build and maintain strong account relationships. She supports client deliverables from a strategic tactical position by helping ensure timely and successful delivery of agency solutions according to client needs, objectives and plan KPIs. She was previously a communication strategist at Digital Hive Mind and managed marketing efforts for Chicago’s Field Museum. Carrasquillo holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Social Media Concentration from Bradley University.
