Based on the Thai cuisine, Trader Joe’s has created a dessert or an "anytime snack" with its new Mango & Sticky Rice Spring Rolls. Rice from Northern Thailand is combined with coconut milk, making sweet Thai sticky rice. Pieces of sweet mangoes are blended with the rice, and the combo is then wrapped in spring rolls and fried, and then frozen.
