Australian cookie brand Tim Tam is now available in a gluten-free format, just in time for Celiac Awareness Month (May). The cookie can be found at Albertsons stores nationwide.
Reportedly known for its layers of crunchy biscuit, creamy filling, and rich chocolate coating, the 20-30% of Americans who are gluten-intolerant or gluten-conscious can now partake in the treat.
