Kodiak launches trail bars, frozen breakfast sandwiches
Both products include at least 7 g of protein and are 100% whole grain.

Kodiak, the breakfast brand, has announced the launch of two new innovations: Trail Bars and Frozen Breakfast Sandwiches. These launches mark an expansion of Kodiak's portfolio, with Trail Bars joining the brand's growing line of on-the-go snacks, and Frozen Breakfast Sandwiches, an all-new category for the brand. Both products include protein and are made with 100% whole grains.
This latest innovation follows the launch of Protein-Packed Granola, another new category for Kodiak.

The Trail Bars are available in two flavors, Cranberry Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Almond. Crafted with ingredients like 100% real chocolate and nuts, seeds, and fruit, each bar includes 7 g of protein and is a good source of fiber.
Kodiak's Frozen Breakfast Sandwiches include a twist: maple flapjacks replace the bread component. Consumers can choose from the Sausage and Cheddar Sandwich made with savory sausage, egg, and a real slice of mild cheddar cheese, or the Bacon and Colby Jack Sandwich with uncured bacon, egg, and real Colby Jack cheese. The sandwiches include 100% whole grains and 20 g of protein, and have no added nitrates or nitrites. In addition, they can be made in the microwave, and are ready in minutes.
The Trail Bars and Breakfast Sandwiches are available now at major retailers including Walmart, Target, and Publix. Trail Bars are also available online at Walmart, Kroger, KodiakCakes.com, and more.
